Payment and delivery
Standard transportation cost for truck with semi-trailer (22tons) is 0,85-0,90EUR/km. So, you can calculate the preliminary transportation cost and the final product price per 1 ton with DAP conditions according to the formula: FCA price + (transportation cost / 22 tons), transportation cost = distance * 0,90EUR/km. Loading place: Novi Petrivtsi (or Kiev) Kiev region, Ukraine.
We do not supply with the next payment conditions: cash, payment on delivery, PayPal, etc. We can sell and supply only with legal export conditions: Contract, Invoice, non-cash payments bank-to-bank. Documents for supplying: Signed Main Supply Contract + Commercial Invoice.
Standard bank to bank money transfers
Our standard payment conditions are: 50% prepayment before truck/container loading (we need to find a truck/container and make a truck/container reservation), rest of 50% you will pay after truck/container loading and after export customs clearance (payment after making customs export declaration) + photos of the loaded truck/container.
Letter of credit payment
We can sell with confirmed Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC) from your bank. It is the fully secured deal between Seller and Buyer.
A combination payment may also be effective: the invoice is paid according to the total order price and the vehicle driver is paid separately in cash for order transportation upon cargo delivery to the Buyer. Other payment options for orders and deliveries, agreed with the Client and the Company, are also possible.
Orders are provided with a full set of the documents: the Contract, invoice, customs export clearance docs and other necessary documents.
As we manufacture all products using raw material, received from ecologically clean regions of Ukraine, the whole biofuels range is of high quality and complies with EU standards. Besides, all products, available in the Company’s warehouse, are additionally tested and verified at the time of the consignment formation to comply with the quality standards. In addition, if necessary, and on the Buyer’s request, each separate consignment can be tested in the laboratories of SGS company or similar.
In the case of any disputable issues on the delivered order quantity or quality, the Seller and the Buyer shall resolve every pressing issue through negotiation.

The export orders delivery is carried out by road or by sea, in compliance with INCOTERMS rules. Generally, we ship cargoes on FCA, CPT, DAP, CIP, FOB, CIF conditions or by the parties agreement. The consignment net weight for motor-vehicle transport can equal up to 20-22 tons, but in case the shipping is carried out in sea containers, the weight may be greater, depending on the container size. Before shipping, all cargoes undergo full customs clearance for export.
Transportation costs depend on the transport type and the distance to the delivery location. Transportation of a freight can be carried out by local or international logistics companies. In order to approximately calculate transportation costs to the final destination, you have to specify the delivery address when placing orders using our website Shopping Cart, using the “One click Order” button, or by sending a request form “Order now” to our manager who will promptly contact you and provide all the necessary information.
Consignments preparations are carried out in storage facilities on an individual basisfor each customer: additional packaging of orders,cargo packsare placed on EPAL EUR pallet with plastic filmstretching for better stability.
Cargo is packaged onto a standard EPAL EUR 1200x800mm or 1200x1000mm pallet as follows:
